The Schlage Mobile Access app is specifically developed for multifamily, commercial, and institutional properties. It is designed to work seamlessly with commercial electronic hardware including the Schlage mobile enabled Control, Schlage MTB Readers, and Schlage NDEB and LEB wireless locks. It's important to note that homeowners who want to manage Schlage Encode™ or Schlage Sense™ smart locks should use the Schlage Home app.

For multifamily residents and end users, the new Schlage® Mobile Access credentials offer a convenient and secure option to unlock doors using a mobile device instead of a physical badge. This feature is compatible with iPhones running on iOS 13 and above. The app is easy to use and provides a list of doors within range once downloaded and opened on your phone. Simply select a specific door, and if access is granted, an unlock signal will be sent from your phone to the mobile enabled lock or reader. To ensure the highest level of security, the app utilizes best-in-class asymmetric credential encryption validated by industry experts.

For property managers and site administrators, Schlage Mobile Access credentials are specifically designed to be used with ENGAGE™ web and mobile apps for access control management. These credentials are compatible with various devices, including the Schlage Control™ mobile enabled smart lock, Schlage MTB mobile enabled multi-technology readers and CTE single door controller, Schlage NDEB mobile enabled wireless cylindrical lock, and Schlage LEB mobile enabled wireless mortise lock.

The ENGAGE™ web app allows property managers and site administrators to enroll users and assign mobile credential access to specific openings. Adding or deleting Schlage Mobile Access credentials can be done immediately by syncing the ENGAGE™ mobile app with the device at the opening. Alternatively, they can also be added or deleted automatically overnight for Wi-Fi connected devices.
